Day 2

Time to go to Sekumpul waterfall! We’ve talked about this waterfall for months. We want to prove what everyone is talking about on the social media.

The drive from Ubud to the entrance of Sekumpul waterfall took approximately 2.5 hours. Took almost 1 hour from the parking lot (we parked at a local’s house located after the entrance) down to the waterfall. After going through many many stairways (some of them are very steep), u reach a ‘’warung’’. From here, u can proceed to your right side and then your left side, or vice versa.
To the left side (the left side when you’re facing the ‘’warung’’) is lemukih waterfall. A very very gorgeous waterfall (3 big waterfalls standing side by side – some say 4). To reach this waterfall, u walk about 10 minutes and cross the river twice. Just make sure u walk all the way until u see the 3 waterfalls because from far, it looks like there’s only 1 waterfall, u cannot see the other waterfalls. U must walk all the way until u see the 3 waterfalls and when u’re lucky, there will be a rainbow greeting u :D

To the right side, there’s another waterfalll, a mere 4 minutes walk. This too is a beautiful waterfall. But I like the first one much better.
